Replenish: A Retreat for Social Wellness & Meaningful Connection is a half-day experience designed to nurture belonging, spark new relationships, and remind us that wellness doesn’t have to be a solo journey.
This retreat is for everyone seeking authentic connection — whether you’re showing up solo, bringing a friend, or simply craving space to be seen, heard, and supported.
What to Expect:
We’ll start the morning with Coffee & Community — an intentional welcome space led by Quincy featuring reflective, plant-inspired prompts designed to break the ice and spark conversation. Then we’ll move through three unique experiences focused on connection — with self, with others, and with the collective:
🌿 Movement & Mindfulness with Jacqueline
Move your body, clear your mind, and experience the joy of shared movement. Jacqueline’s welcoming yoga session will offer space for grounding, presence, and playful connection — no experience necessary.
🌿 Herbal Wellness Workshop with Brittany Williams
Explore the power of plants to support not only personal wellness but also community care. Brittany will guide participants through hands-on practices and herbal rituals that celebrate gathering, storytelling, and shared wisdom.
🌿 Breathwork & Sound Healing with Cassie O’Malley, DNP, RN
Cassie’s breathwork and sound healing session is designed to create ease, openness, and heart-centered connection — helping participants attune to themselves while also fostering a sense of collective calm.
