In this Global CommuniTEA session, we’ll explore herbal nutrition for women and how everyday herbs can support energy, digestion, hormonal health, and overall vitality. You’ll learn about mineral-rich herbs, nourishing herbal infusions, and simple ways to incorporate herbs into daily routines.

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’ll also take a brief look at the long history of women as herbalists, healers, and keepers of community health — and how reclaiming herbal nourishment today connects us to those traditions.

This session is beginner-friendly, practical, and designed to help you bring herbs into everyday life in ways that are simple, supportive, and delicious.
