This is a VIRTUAL Class
For much of human history, herbs were part of everyday nourishment. They weren’t only used for illness — they were used to strengthen, replenish, and sustain the body over time.
In this month’s Global CommuniTEA, we’ll explore the concept of herbal nutrition (specifically for women) and how certain herbs can support the body through nourishment rather than quick fixes. We’ll look at mineral-rich herbs, nourishing infusions, and the role of herbal foods and beverages in supporting energy, digestion, hormonal wellness, and overall vitality.
Participants will learn:
What herbal nutrition is and how it differs from medicinal dosing
Mineral-rich and nourishing herbs that support women’s health
Simple ways to incorporate herbs into teas, meals, and daily routines
How consistent nourishment can support long-term wellness
In recognition of Women’s History Month, we’ll also briefly explore the history of women in herbalism. For generations, women served as community healers, midwives, and keepers of plant knowledge. As modern medicine developed, many of these traditions were dismissed or even demonized. Today, herbal traditions continue to offer valuable knowledge about nourishment, care, and community wellness.
This session is accessible, practical, and focused on helping you integrate herbs into daily life in supportive and realistic ways.Global CommuniTEA members attend at no additional cost; non-members may join with a class ticket.
